Return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days to request a return after receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/non-returnable products
Returns are not accepted for sizes other than the standard size. Returns are also not accepted if the products have been used, cut, or if the washing instructions have not been followed. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and gift cards.
Changes
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will inform you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
